Hi to all the Early Birds and supporters of 44CON,
Please accept our apologies for the silence over the past months.
First, we would like to thank Steve and Marizel for all their work on the event the last few years. They left the organising team in June but we are very glad that they want to crew at 44CON.
The last few weeks have been crazy. The government finally issued rules that mean we can’t hold the physical event in September. The venue has been working with us and has agreed to cancel this year’s event.
We are going to get in touch with everyone who has bought an Early Bird ticket about refunds.
We are now in the position to tell you what the plan is going forward.
There won’t be a physical 44CON event this year or until a Covid-19 vaccine is available and being used. But we are working on other options.
To thank the Early Birds for their support we will be offering them priority to the next 44CON event.
